2xCFB Champion Boosts Bryce Young’s Offense After Panthers Announced Texas A&M WR’s Arrival

While Panthers aimed for improvement this year, they first had to check what went wrong in 2024. Even the 23-year-old Bryce Young failed to lift them as the team slipped to 8th worst team in receiving yards per reception (10). The aim was clear. Draft some good offensive playmakers for the quarterback. It started in the first round when they chose Tetairoa McMillan. But he’s not the only receiver. They signed more WRs even after the draft. One veteran, one rookie! Offense is the priority now for the GM Dan Morgan.

On Sunday, the 27th of April, the Panthers signed Hunter Renfrow, the 2-time CFP champion with Clemson Tigers in 2016 and 2018 before the Raiders selected in the 5th round (149th overall pick). After playing 5 seasons in the league, he was out last year. His arrival will boost Bryce Young’s offense, who is looking for playmakers.

Dan Morgan made a steal in the UDFA as well. They signed the Texas A&M Aggies WR Moose Muhammad III who went undrafted earlier. With his raw power, the 6-foot 195 lbs athlete is a fantastic addition to the Panthers rookie camp who are expected to assemble on May 10 to earn their place.

Stay tuned as we bring more new about this!
