Say what you want about USC’s 2025 hopes, but 2026 sure is looking sunny in the sunny state. Lincoln Riley has been attacking this recruiting cycle non-stop and sits right at the top of the class. The Trojans have secured this position after a long, long time, thanks to the reinvigorated front office. USC’s latest commit gave another recruiting phenom a miss, choosing Riley over everyone else. And he already has a goal in mind for when he arrives on campus.
USC went back to the No. 1 spot in the 2026 class and now has the commitment of 4-star IOL, Breck Kolojay. He will make the move to California from Colorado. This shows that Riley’s recruiting offense, spearheaded by Jim Nagy, is making a splash outside of California as well. Kolojay is the No. 20 IOL in the cycle, which makes him a valuable addition to the squad. He already has a plan in mind for his collegiate career with the Trojans, hopefully ending a 20-year-old drought.
“Let’s bring a natty back to LA,” he told Rivals’ Hayes Fawcett. Kolojay was a top prospect for Georgia, Miami, and Oklahoma as well. USC was kind of a slam dunk for the IOL, if you look at his former teammates. He knows TE commit Mark Bowman from Colorado, with the duo having played with OL commit Kannon Smith. And being from IMG Academy, Kolojay also knows Keenyi Pepe closely.

“It’s just where my heart is at. I never made it about money or anything, it’s where I see myself. The opportunity in L.A. is pretty insane,” the IOL told Rivals. With a familiar group and faith in a Lincoln Riley-led squad, Breck Kolojay will be an attractive name when that 2026 O-line lines up on the field.
