Sad News for Nassourdine Imavov as Khamzat Chimaev Gets Major Update From Dana White

Looks like the Chechen Wolf Khamzat Chimaev‘s supposed ban from US soil is being lifted all thanks to Dana White! The now-Emirati star was rumored to be banned from America due to his association with Chechen dictator Ramzan Kadyrov. But he recently received his new UAE citizenship and passport.

Dana White is confident that Khamzat Chimaev will be able to fight in the United States:

“Don’t listen to any of that bullsh*t. He’ll get in the United States.”

On top of that the UFC CEO dismissed all news of his USA ban with one phrase in the UFC Fight Night 250 presser. “Don’t listen to that bulls** He’ll get to the United States. I’m very confident that we can get him into the country,” as a reporter enquired about the supposed ban and new UAE citizenship for ‘Borz’.

Now the thing is, Nassiroudine Imavov just gave a KO loss to Israel Adesnaya and this is only the latter’s second KO defeat in his entire UFC career. Following this huge success, Imavov called for a title shot against the winner of Du Plessis vs Sean Strickland at UFC 312. But the plot thickens because now White has declared that  Khamzat Chimaev can fight in the USA, so will he fight the winner of Strickland vs DDP?
