Michael Wilhoite, their now-former coach, got the boot after allegedly cursing out and slugging a police officer at Denver International Airport. “After thorough discussions as an organization, I met with Michael Wilhoite and informed him we have decided to part ways. On the other hand, the team is bringing in Brian Niedermeyer, a guy fresh out of high school coaching, to join their defensive staff. Brian also has some college coaching experience on his resume, having coached at Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia.
