Colorado’s $454K prodigy is turning heads after a dominant NFL Combine showing. Named one of six “risers” on Day 3, he’s proving he’s more than just another name on the roster. Once overlooked, now undeniable. Some fans even say he’s got more upside than Heisman winner Travis Hunter. And now? He’s making it known. With a bold claim, he’s putting Travis Hunter on notice. The Buffaloes might have another star in the making.
On a recent episode of The Rich Eisen Show, Jimmy Horn Jr. made a bold statement. When asked who the best wide receiver at Colorado is, he didn’t hesitate. With confidence pouring through every word, he declared himself the top dog. “Jimmy, the best wide receiver on Colorado, even though we got great receivers, we got a Heisman candidate. So, man, I’m the best receiver, you know. It’s just the confidence in myself, like I know I’m really that on the field, so I’m the best receiver. Like, everybody else we got, we got great receivers. Like, it’s like every receiver we had could have been a wide receiver one wherever they went, you know. So we had a great receiver room, but I feel I’m the best receiver.”
To be honest, no hesitation, no doubt, Horn Jr. is putting everyone on notice—he believes he’s that guy. Is it reasonable? We will know soon.
This is a developing story….
