Just a Sh**** Fu***** System: Fuming 2x Grand Slam Winner Challenges Chair Umpire Over Shocking Ball Misjudgment at Indian Wells

Controversy erupts at the Indian Wells! China’s Qinwen Zheng was facing the former world number, Victoria Azarenka, in the second round (R64) of the Indian Wells Masters. The Chinese won the first set by 6-3, but then in the second set, when the score was well-posed at 4-4, fans witnessed a bizarre incident where Azarenka was seen complaining about a call. What really happened, though?

It all started when Azarenka was rushing in to hit an overhead shot from Zheng when the score was at 30-30. While returning the ball, she was seen misjudging it a bit, thinking it to be out. However, the electronic calling system called it in. Azarenka then tried to challenge it, however, the chair umpire raised her hands due to no remedy available for the same. During this moment, Victoria Azarenka was seen venting out her anger, saying, “This is bullsh*t. What is video review for? It’s a clear mark.

She was seen arguing with the umpire. The chair umpire told her, “I understand but I can’t..” In reply, Azarenka said, “I know you can’t do it, it’s just a sh*tty f****** system.” After that, the umpire gave her a code violation for this. Seeing this, the Belarusian yelled, “Of course I have to get a code,” in utter disbelief. Ultimately, Victoria Azarenka lost that match against the number 9, by 3-6,4-6.
