Going up against a veteran fighter like Amanda Lemos is not everyone’s cup of tea, but Iasmin Lucindo was eager to take on the challenge at UFC 313. The 23-year-old fighter tried everything in her arsenal to find her moment against Lemos. However, at the end of the day, experience prevailed. But wait—something strange happened during the fight. What, you may ask? Well, it appears the fight was stopped with seconds remaining in the final round.
The former title challenger, Lemos, executed takedown after takedown against the rising talent to secure a unanimous decision victory. A barrage of takedowns and amazing ground control helped the veteran to clinch the victory against the youngster. However, at the conclusion of the final round, the bell went off a few seconds early.
Their clash had seven seconds left when the promoters rang the bell.
