Jason Kelce never fails to entertain anyone, not even his wife. When the former Center retired, he expressed his desire to spend more time with his family. And right now we can clearly see how much fun the 37-year-old had. Do you recall the St. Patrick’s Day prank he played on his wife? Yeah, the one when he had Kylie Kelce do Irish dance. Well, there is more to the story as Mrs. Kelce revealed how it was just more than a prank for her.
Wait, what does this mean? Well, let’s break it down for y’all. If you recall, last year on St. Patrick’s Day, Jason Kelce pressured Kylie Kelce to dance on stage. She was compelled to perform an Irish dance with some students, which BTW she never did beyond seventh grade. It was an embarrassing moment for her because the kids were professional and did exceptionally well. Clearly, Jason planted the kids. On Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce, the 32-year-old confessed how she felt at that time.
Kylie shocked everyone when she revealed how the peer pressure of dancing made her feel like being attacked. She even admitted how it was a messed up situation for her, “I will say we were at the bar to watch a friend of ours. They had friends whose daughter Maggie was Irish dancing with her dance school. I had, I just thought we were going to watch. And then someone, my husband, and Chuck, our good friend, decided that they were going to team up against me. I don’t know. It felt, I felt attacked, okay?”
This was indeed a pretty nasty prank to pull. But Jason Kelce is known for them, and this was perhaps one of his most diabolical pranks. To be honest, it worked, and it even received significant views as it went viral. Kylie Kelce knew something was off from the start when they went to the Irish dancing club, which she referred to as “places Kylie has no business being.” But why is this prank so much in talk again? Well, with St. Patrick’s Day quickly approaching, it was obvious that this prank would resurface. It’s on March 17, but the Kelce family will be celebrating uniquely this year.
Kylie Kelce makes Jason Kelce free from his St. Patrick’s Day costume chores
Well, on St. Patrick’s Day, you must have witnessed one very common thing. People dressing up as leprechauns and performing tricks for their children. This is a popular tradition that almost everyone enjoys following. But not Kylie Kelce. The pregnant mother of three revealed that she is not excited about the costumes on this day. Kylie would rather prefer that her girls celebrate in her style.
Wait, what exactly does she mean by her style? Well, we mentioned earlier that Kylie Kelce learned Irish dancing till seventh grade. But did you know she started learning it at the age of four? Yep! That’s right. Not only did she learn it, but she also enjoyed the dance as well. Which is why she hopes her girls would spend the day dancing rather than watching leprechaun antics. As Irish dancing is something that she is sure her kids will enjoy.
Kylie also explained, “It’s come to my attention that there are some fun little traditions that parents do. I will not be doing any leprechaun tricks. It’s not me. You got the wrong one. I took Irish dancing from when I was 4 until 7th grade. I don’t know how old you are in 7th grade. So that long. I do think we’ll have the girls do it.”
So, what are your thoughts on her ending the leprechaun’s tricks? Do you think her approach of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day is enjoyable?
