Nick Saban Alerts Travis Hunter on NFL Future After Predicting All Glory to Rival Abdul Carter

Woah! The 2025 NFL draft is thickening for Colorado Buffaloes dual-threat, Travis Hunter. The Buffs’ two-way star has proved himself enough in the past season. With this, he had the perfect ending of his college football chapter, wrapping it up with the Heisman Trophy. While his draft stocks were initially following an upward trend, the tables turned with Hunter’s one foul comment about MLB star Shohei Ohtani. But he whitewashed his image, giving his blood, sweat, and tears in the weight room. However, one question continues to prevail in the NFL scouts’ minds, leaving them with a nagging doubt about whether or not to land Hunter. That’s about his dual-threat abilities. For the ones who is yet to find an answer to that, the GOAT, Nick Saban, helped them to find clarity.

Nick Saban just said when asked about Travis Hunter playing WR or DB

“Anybody that can score touchdowns is better than a guy that can play defense at any position.” #NFLDraft2025 pic.twitter.com/OgMAGlXnwH

Saban wrote, “Anybody that can score touchdowns is better than a guy that can play defense at any position.” Meanwhile, the 7x National Championship winner placed Abdul Carter on the pedestal.
