‘Better Call Malcolm’: NASCAR Star Announces Huge Partnership With $1.5B Worth Law Firm Days Before Las Vegas

“My phone isn’t ringing off the hook with potential sponsors; that’s part of the job you’re constantly searching for money.” This is how Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz realized how tough it was going to be a NASCAR driver. Despite his Hollywood affiliation, Muniz was struggling to find sponsorship for his No. 33 Reaume Brother Racing truck. Announcing a full-time feature is one thing and securing the funding is another task in itself. But despite the tough ask he kept knocking on doors and it looks like he’s finally made a big breakthrough.

As it turns out, the Agent Cody Banks star has now bagged a four-race sponsorship with Morgan & Morgan. Apart from funding the four races, Muniz will be featured in the marketing campaigns by the law firm. The No. 33 Ford F-150 will be seen in the new colors this weekend at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

“Never thought I would make partner of a law firm@forthepeople! Nevermind partner with America’s Largest Injury Law Firm! As someone that watched every episode of “Suits”, I know how big of a deal it is to have your name on the wall (Even if it’s hand written in for now). @DMorganESQ and I are basically besties. Can’t wait to race the Morgan & Morgan & Muniz truck this Friday night in Las Vegas and a bunch of other times during this NASCAR season. Muniz said on his partnership with Morgan & Morgan.

The black and yellow Morgan & Morgan colors will be featured on Muniz’s trucks for three more races after Las Vegas. This paint scheme will return on the No. 33 truck at Michigan International Speedway (June 7), Lime Rock Park (June 28) and Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis (July 24).

Great story about our partnership and the philanthropic element of my relationship with @forthepeople !https://t.co/t8N1M322Tj

“I admire Morgan & Morgan’s Morgan & Morgan’s mission to fight for the people and the family focus that the firm has…I’m grateful for their support and confidence in me as I fight to perform as best I can, and look forward to working with them throughout the season,” Muniz added. This won’t be Morgan & Morgan’s first sponsorship gig with a NASCAR team. The law firm made headlines back in 2023 when they partnered with Richard Childress Racing, they featured on the No. 3 and No. 8 Chevy until the 2024 season.

Muniz and his new sponsor will partner during the Michigan race weekend to make a sizeable donation to the Henry Ford Children’s Hospital in Detroit, supporting the Children’s Bear Program. Morgan & Morgan did something similar with their ex-partners RCR, they donated $100,000 to support the Childress Institute for Pediatric Trauma.

Frankie Muniz settling into his NASCAR role

Frankie Muniz’s journey to the world of stock racing from the world of NASCAR has been nothing short of remarkable. Unlike others, Muniz drove headfirst into the racing world following his passion for cars and racing and defied everyone’s expectations. He made a statement with nine top 10s and a fourth-place finish in the ARCA Menards Series 2023. But, as he entered the truck series he knew that he would be judged critically on how he performs on the weekends.

As an actor, like, I’ve been fortunate to do a lot of great things and people tell me, ‘I love your show, or I love this or love that,’ but, you know, it’s all based on opinion…Where, as a race car driver, it’s not subjective. It’s in black and white. You either win and you’re the fastest or you’re slow,” Muniz said, explaining his shift in perspective from acting to racing.

In 2024, he ran a part-time schedule in the Xfinity and Truck Series and let’s say he had a tough outing. Muniz finished 29th or worse in his four starts in the Truck Series and this theme repeated when he moved up to Xfinity racing. But, 2025 has started off on a good note, Muniz was able to bag solid top 10 results in the season-opening race at Daytona. This was followed by a P26 finish at Atlanta Raceway.

Now with the backing of such a big name of Morgan & Morgan behind him, combined with his passion and dedication, what’s next for Frankie Muniz? Will we see him behind a Cup Series car in the future battling it out for a playoff spot or for the championship itself? Only time will tell.
