Team Dana White has approved Conor McGregor’s next political move
After dominating the Octagon and achieving success in business, Conor McGregor is now turning his focus to politics, ready to use his hands not for fighting, but for pushing through new legislation. And no, this isn’t a joke! This week, the Irishman who has expressed dissatisfaction with Ireland’s ruling party due to rising crime rates and immigration tensions is now calling for fewer restrictions and stricter regulations. As a result, his stance has made him a vocal critic of Taoiseach Micheal Martin and other members of the Dail. Conor McGregor wasted no time beginning his political push by meeting with President Donald Trump this week.
He then declared, “The next presidential election must take place by November 11, 2025. Who else will stand up to the Government and oppose this bill? Any other candidate they put forward will offer no resistance to them. I will.” The Irishman’s new political move recently received approval from UFC senior VP Dave Shaw at UFC London.
Shaw, weighing in on Conor McGregor’s latest venture, stated, “I think he’d do a great job. He seems very passionate; he delivered a powerful speech at the White House. He’s raised important issues, and we’ll see what happens… He’s pushing for true democracy, so let’s see how the people respond.”
