Bryson DeChambeau Encounters Setback in Indian Debut as PGA Tour’s Familiar Curse Looms

The long hours of play have been a topic of talk in the golf world. With the PGA Tour events extended with over 5 hours of play in the final round. It has become a worry for the league. But it isn’t just the worry for the PGA Tour as the curse has been passed on to the International Series India. The event which features Bryson DeChambeau’s debut, tee-ed off on January 30th.

While considering the fading light, the play for the first round is extended for the second day just before the second-round tee-offs. The time for the first round continuation is scheduled for 7:35 AM IST (9:05 PM ET). While the second round will begin at 9:05 AM IST (10:35 PM ET).

Sharing the details of the event, there was something that took fans’s attention. It was Bryson DeChambeau’s dedication to the course. Despite the play being extended, and the course turning into a concert area, the golfer was seen practicing for the next day. He is currently posted at T4 with 2 under par and a total score of 16.
