Any Charley Hull health update following her shocking collapse at the 2025 Amundi Evian Championship has given the fans both relief and worries. Remember when she collapsed 12 holes into her first round at Evian Resort Golf Club? At that time, Hull was a mess, experiencing a litany of symptoms: cold sweats, aching joints, dizziness, sky-high temperature, and low blood pressure – basically, she was hit with everything. Now, two weeks following the incident, she has another update.
Currently gearing up for the 2025 ISPS Handa Women’s Scottish Open, Charley Hull sat down for a presser and recounted the horrible moment from two weeks ago. She said, “I sat down [following the collapse], got up, hit my bunker shot, actually nearly made birdie. Walked to the next tee, called the medics, and then before I hit my tee shot, my eyesight went again, my hearing went, and then my knees gave away and I, like, collapsed and fainted.”
However, she continued that she didn’t even know it was that bad. “And the security guard and the medic caught me just before I was about to hit my head on a concrete slab. So I was out for a minute.” But Hull still wanted to play, even though her health wasn’t in her favor. Yet, the LPGA did not allow so. She continued, “Then I asked my agent, Vicky, to text the Commissioner saying, Is there any chance Charley can finish her round this evening? Obviously you can’t but I was gutted. I just had no energy since then, really.”
This is a developing story…
