It seems Patrick Mahomes just can’t seem to wrap his head around landing Ls right now. With the season already over, it’s time for franchises to announce annual awards for their players. With that being said, the Chiefs have snubbed Patrick Mahomes this year to hand their Derrick Thomas MVP Award to offensive lineman Joe Thuney. By bagging the MVP award, he joins the likes of Mahomes, of course, Tony Gonzalez and Jamaal Charles, to name a few of them.

And he is not the only recipient of annual awards. Rookie WR Xavier Worthy has also won the Mack Lee Hill Award. This is given to the best rookie or first-year player in red.
