In 2024, Kim Kardashian and La La Anthony announced they would be working together! Based on the latter’s memoir, they will work as executive producers, as Hulu will develop the new project titled Group Chat. The year ended with Kardashian launching a collaborative product with a $4.6 billion worth brand. A few months later, La La’s best friend revealed a partnership with Nike. Yes, the household athleisure brand!

“Different.” La La Anthony shared the news and also wrote, “Proud of you bestie @kimkardashian .” The socialite added a post to drop the news about the collaboration of Nike x Skims. “Introducing NikeSKIMS. A new brand coming this spring for the body obsessed. Designed to sculpt and engineered to perform.” As stated earlier, the Swoosh is a household name and its market cap will provide a better picture.

Nike has a market cap or net worth of $113.93 billion as of February 18, 2025. The products will drop in spring only in the US and the global audience will have to wait until next year. For La La Anthony, there will be no such waiting. She even received a special box, earlier in December, after Kim Kardashian dropped another collaboration.

The 44-year-old launched Skims x The North Face. La La Anthony added multiple stories; first, she added two messages showing excitement for her best friend. “It’s here!!!!Yesssss@skimsx@thenorthface collab” and “This is the one!!! .” Later, a video on her Instagram story, “The North Face Skims collab is a big bag…”

Not only celebrating on the face, La La Anthony tried the puffer jacket, plus was a huge fan of the gloves, body suit, and hat. “Kimberly, I loved this collection.” Surely she will also love her best friend’s partnership with Nike.

Apart from La La Anthony, others to hype up Kim Kardashian

It is very rare for Swoosh to partner outside of their own brand. But the Skims association comes at a time when they have already established themselves with the WNBA and NBA. They are the official underwear partner of those leagues and also of Team USA basketball. Because of this, Kim Kardashian has been receiving raving reviews of her work.

Heidi O’Neill, President of Consumer, Product & Brand praised Kardashian as an “incredible business leader”. Later also added that it was similar in a way that reminded her of Michael Jordan. The co-founder of Skims made a direct MJ comparison. “It’s hard not to think of her as the Michael Jordan of influencers.”

In 2023, Kim Kardashian’s Skims had a value of $4 billion. Now they have launched six stores across the United States. No doubt, La La Anthony is hyping up her best friend over the latest drop.
