Planet of Gymnastics took to their Instagram on June 10, 2025, to report the impossible. They posted a video of a girl catching a Hindorff. A Hindorff is a high-level release move performed on the uneven bars in women’s artistic gymnastics. In the video posted by the account, the gymnast could be seen generating momentum through a powerful swing at first. She then releases the high bar and launches into the air. In mid-flight, she executes a front salto in a straddle position. Now mid-air, at the peak of her motion, she spots the bar and prepares to grasp it, and as she descends, she does.

Talking about it, she said, “I have put everything I have into this skill and it’s finally getting consistent. I am really trying to get some attention this year as I head into my senior year, in hopes of getting on a college gymnastics team “But what is astonishing about this move?
