His son, Stephen Jones, the team’s CEO, is keeping it real about where things stand after another playoff disappointment. “Obviously much respect to them for getting that done,” he said, tipping his hat to the Eagles’ Super Bowl run. “What we’ve done recently with our lack of playoff success… we understand that,” Stephen added, straight-up admitting the Cowboys need to level up.
