Former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo’s pregnancy might not be a pleasant experience. Still, Christian McCaffrey’s wife knows how to give us those adorable pregnancy updates. With her baby bump growing steadily, Culpo can’t seem to get enough of sharing sweet little glimpses of it. It’s like watching a Hollywood version of a super-stylish pregnancy journey unfold on Instagram. So, what’s the latest dose of pregnant Culpo glamour that caught our attention?
Well, as I said, it’s her growing and glowing baby bump. Taking to her Instagram stories, Culpo shared a snap where she was cradling her baby bump in a black jumpsuit. Make no mistake—it’s no ordinary jumpsuit Culpo had on herself. That jumpsuit is something she has been using a lot since getting pregnant. But why? Well, the answer lies in the caption she wrote on the story, “I’ve been tracking this bump in this jumpsuit since the beginning, and it’s starting to get sheer.” I mean, it’s not at all surprising, to be honest.
Culpo is already 23 weeks or more pregnant. And if that timeline is right, then her baby is most likely to be due around July. So, you can probably expect a few more such baby bump updates from Culpo. But this is not the first time. Culpo was captured cradling her baby bump in black attire. Just two days back, Culpo shared some mesmerizing photos from her road trip with Christian McCaffrey.

Their the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model also had an all-black ensemble on herself. Like from top to bottom, she was covered in black clothing. Posing in front of a scenic pond and mountains for a quick breather, Culpo was captured cradling her baby bump as usual. Actually, it wasn’t just a breather, you know. Culpo later shared a video where she was having a lively moment on a tree swing. And to add a bit humor to that post. She wrote in the caption, “It’s not over til the pregnant lady swings.”
While those were probably her happiest moments from pregnancy, Culpo also had some scary moments that tested her resilience.
Olivia Culpo opens up on her bloody first trimester
Morning sickness, food aversions, breakouts and more pregnancy symptoms can definitely make the first trimester for any woman difficult. But when those common symptoms evolve into something more serious, that’s when soon-to-be-moms are caught off guard. Olivia Culpo was one of those victims whose early pregnancy took an unexpected turn that left her bedridden for almost two weeks. Sharing a recent TikTok video with us, Culpo opened up about her gruesome experience when she was just nine weeks pregnant.
“At the end of the two weeks of being really sick. I got a subchorionic hematoma, which is basically a blood clot in my uterus, and I was bleeding everywhere,” she shared. So, what’s subchorionic hematoma anyway, for those who don’t have any clue? Well, it’s basically another common symptom during the first 10 to 20 weeks of pregnancy, where a lot of bleeding happens. Why? It occurs when blood collects between the uterus and the chorionic membrane, causing it to bleed.
Like this condition took such a toll on Culpo that she wasn’t able to move for a long time. “At this point, I was so exhausted—two weeks of not being able to move, and then suddenly, just purging. It was a lot. It was heavy.” Seeing herself couldn’t take the pain anymore. Culpo finally managed to visit the doctor. And once, she was prescribed 800 mg of progesterone and strict bed rest. Culpo’s condition slowly started to improve—miraculously.
“If you’re experiencing heavy bleeding in your first trimester. It’s not always the worst-case scenario you’re thinking. Go to your doctor ask them about progesterone suppositories. I truly believe that’s the only reason I’m still carrying this baby,” Culpo added to her honest pregnancy confession. So, for those who are going through the same condition as Culpo had in her early pregnancy. Don’t panic—everything is fine. All you have to do is follow Culpo’s advice and visit your doctor. Get a few progesterone of your own—and boom—you will get back to your happy-to-go pregnancy journey.
