Georgia Athlete Proposes to Long-term Girlfriend, Leaving Carson Beck’s Sister & Ryan Puglisi Emotional

There’s no time like now to tell your significant other that you’re ready to make the next leap. It doesn’t get more romantic than two college sweethearts settling on each other fresh out of the institution. While others may think of marriage to be too much on the plate for this age, it means everything to those who know that they are the other’s endgame.

Georgia’s Tate Ratledge decided to do just the same, as he looks forward to being drafted in the pro league this year. In this new chapter of life, he won’t be alone. Their girlfriend, Annabelle Braden, will accompany him every step of the way as his now fiancée. The two have known each other for seven years, and it only seemed natural for them to end up in the happily-ever-after phase sometime around now.

Braden took it to Instagram and shared some beautiful pictures announcing her engagement with Tate Ratledge. One photo captured the special moment, with Ratledge down on one knee and ring in hand as Annabelle looked on. The dainty, sparkling ring on her finger couldn’t shine over the love that seemed to radiate from the two.

She wrote in the caption, “4.5.25. Not quite sure I’ll ever be over last night!! Thank you Jesus for the last 7 years and for the lifetime of love to come. Let’s do this thing !!! “I have found the one whom my soul loves.” Song of Solomon 3:4.” We love a good high-school sweethearts story!

Braden and Ratledge are both Georgia natives, coming from Rome. They were in the same school as well: Darlington High. Ratledge’s fiancée has some sports in her, too. She played for the varsity basketball team in her school while Ratledge grew as a budding star in gridiron football.

Braden began her further studies in North Georgia before joining Ratledge at the University of Georgia. She now works in the recruiting office as an analyst for the Bulldogs. Absolutely inseparable these two!

Kylie Beck and Ryan Puglisi send love to Tate Ratledge and his fiancee

Both the lovebirds’ loved ones showered the couple with best wishes and cheered for their future. Among them was Kylie Beck, who still remains in Georgia as brother Carson Beck preps in Miami. She commented, “So much love for you!!! So Excited .” The two seem to share a close friendship, given how the Georgia Bulldogs are the common link.

Congratulations also came from the Bulldogs themselves. Ratledge’s fellow teammate and QB1 contender Ryan Puglisi also wished the couple. He seemed to be a man of few words, though and just left a red heart emoji. But that one graphic is enough to convey the support and happiness he hopes the two will be blessed with in the future. The QB1 hopeful is currently battling top favorite Gunnar Stockton for the role.

Ratledge will look to land a great prospect in the upcoming draft, hoping to keep the goodness in life flowing. He is headed on to a new chapter in life on two fronts, both in his personal and professional life. Here’s to the happy couple!
