Last year, Rickie Fowler took away the title with his 5-under performance. But this year, we will have a new winner as Fowler is ruled out of the competition because he did not meet the qualification criteria. With all eyes of fans on the family moments, the event will have a closer look at Cam Smith’s newborn, who has brought baby luck to his performance.

Cam Smith will feature with Remy in the par 3 contest

Aussie Cam Smith recently welcomed a new family member and has already observed baby luck benefits. The golfer, with his recent performance at the LIV Golf Miami, led the team to victory, along with his T9 finish in the individual event. When asked about the new baby luck, he was certain it had a role to play, “He’s the winning formula for the team, obviously, I think. One from one, Remy is. It’s so cool.”

Now, with his next participation at the Masters, he has also laid out the same optimism for his performance. “I hope so; otherwise, he won’t be coming to any other events. (Laughter.) I’m joking, by the way,” joked Smith of his son.

Well, the optimistic approach will unveil on the 13th or before with the performance of the golfer, but what’s interesting to witness is the golfer participating with the new addition to the family, the Par 3 contest.

With families coming in with golfers on Wednesday, who do you think will win this year? Which family will you be rooting for? Let us know in the comments below.
