Madison Square Garden is going to turn blue and orange once again on Wednesday. The first game of the Eastern Conference Finals has reached its doorstep, and so have the Indiana Pacers. The New York Knicks are not ready to back out after their glorious semi-finals run vs. the defending champs, the Boston Celtics. Now it’s time for the 247th Knicks vs. Pacers. They first clashed in 1977, and 246 meetings later, they are at a stage of no return. And, amidst the excitement, Karl-Anthony Towns has a message for his rivals.

Days before the 2024–25 NBA season, the Knicks acquired KAT from the Minnesota Timberwolves, fulfilling his dream move. The little boy from the streets of New Jersey who once dreamed of putting on the blue and orange. Now he is living his dream—winning clutch games as Spike Lee and Timothée Chalamet cheer him on!

Now, right before the mega showdown on Wednesday, 29-year-old Karl-Anthony Towns dropped a ‘hard edit’ on his X handle. The caption? A simple yet strong three-word message for the Indiana Pacers. “Fear no one,” KAT wrote. The 54-second-long video is a passionate compilation of the Knicks in action and motion. A bit dramatic? Yes. But it perfectly captures the emotions running wild in the team and the City That Never Sleeps.

Besides, their style of celebration after Game 5 vs. the Celtics that sent them through to the ECF speaks volumes.
