Livid Fans Point Fingers at the True Culprit Triggering Brad Keselowski & Alex Bowman’s Madhouse Misery

The Cook Out Clash is living up to its wild expectations. For the first time in 54 years, the NASCAR Cup Series is hosting a race at the Bowman Gray Stadium. The 0.25-mile short track is known for its heated rivalries and rowdy fans – and this evening’s event is presenting no less. A slew of wrecks ensued in the first half, and on lap 121 we saw a comparatively bigger caution. And fans were quick to bash the apparent culprit behind this chaos – Bubba Wallace.

Bubba Wallace triggers heat for his actions

Well, how much more polarizing can the 23XI Racing driver get? Bubba Wallace already entertains a divisive fanbase – while one section supports him, the other ferociously detracts him. The latter group just got a chance to strengthen their voices at the Madhouse. Shortly after Kyle Larson and Carson Hocevar’s contact on lap 116, there was little room for breathing as another one followed on lap 121.

RFK Racing driver-owner Brad Keselowski was running in 6th place when the No. 6 Ford seemingly tried to fill up a gap. That action puzzled some broadcasters and fans and following this, chaos ensued. Bubba Wallace’s No. 23 Toyota made contact with the No. 6, sending the latter spinning. Alex Bowman and Carson Hocevar also spun alongside. What is more? Even Wallace’s teammate was affected, as Bob Pockrass updated on Twitter: “Reddick drops from second to fourth on that restart … Keselowski is around and into the wall for a caution … 80 laps to go.”

This incident riled up Bubba Wallace’s detractors a lot, as fans rushed to the comments section. Somebody wrote that Toyota is singlehandedly taking down its rivals, as Wallace took down Keselowski and Bowman. “Toyoturd strikes again. Conspiracy against all other manufacturer… cheating, like Martinsville???”

Then began the ferocious rant about Bubba Wallace’s racing skills. One fan wrote, “Bubba can’t drive!” Somebody else also chimed in: “Bubba incident*. He can’t drive.”

A group of fans bashed Bubba Wallace’s supporters who would uplift him against the odds. They implied that Wallace deserves to be penalized for his actions: “Bubba s–t a– Wallass of course but let’s not say he did anything.” Wallace also has not historically been talented on short tracks. So another fan put forth a sarcastic comment: “Anybody else wrecks people: “They cant race”…Bubba wrecks people: “Thats just short track racing”

Clearly, the 23XI Racing driver is not in the best of thoughts of fans. Hopefully, Bubba Wallace can improve his performance in the upcoming races and reverse this negative outlook.
