College gymnastics and Simone Biles? Hard to connect the links? Well, in 2014, 17-year-old Simone Biles signed a National Letter of Intent while joining the UCLA Bruins gymnastics program. However, she had to drop her dream of pursuing college gymnastics later only to land in the bigger field of the sports, elite gymnastics, and compete at the Olympics. And Georgia GymDogs? Simone attended the camp at the beginning of this ongoing gymnastics season to motivate the gymnasts. Thanks to Simone’s former coach, Cecile Landi, who played a vital role in bringing the day for the fans. But Simone and LSU Tigers gymnastics? Isn’t it slightly hard to connect the dots?

Well, everything is possible when you’re in March. And Simone Biles attended the camp recently. Evidence? On March 25, LSU Gymnastics’s handle left a picture on her Instagram story, and the picture featured her in front of a whiteboard, probably somewhere in LSU’s locker room. And what did the whiteboard have? Two magical words from Simone: “Stay Golden.”
