Things got scary and very chaotic during the New York Mets and the Oakland Athletics game. Jose Siri exited the game in an extremely painful way. Siri fouled a ball hard off the inside of his left in the top of the second inning. He collapsed to the ground and stayed there for several minutes in bad pain. But this wasn’t just all.
Given that the clubhouse is far off, walking wasn’t an option. The golf cart was brought in to transport Siri to the clubhouse. But as luck would have it, the cart also broke down midway, apparently running out of gas.
Two athletic trainers had helped Siri into the cart. But they found themselves in a rather awkward position. And with this, the game is tied 0-0. But any further information is still awaited.
