After the break, Scheffler shared about his current game in the pre-tournament press conference of the Arnold Palmer Invitational. When he was asked, “Do you feel like you’re a little bit behind still where you would like to be with your game for this year because of the injury, or do you feel like you’re about at the caught-up-where-you-want-to-be stage?”

The 2024 7-title winner said, “I feel caught up. It was a really nice last couple of weeks at home to get ready for this week.” Despite having the ups and downs in the performance, the break has helped Scheffler get back to the course with hopes of hitting the right shots. He even pointed out how after the injury, a break after playing for a few weeks helped him get back to the routine and be prepared for the upcoming signature event.
