Shedeur Sanders Almost Confirms NFL Destination After Ex-NFLer Compared Colorado QB to Andy Dalton

We are all set for the 2025 NFL Draft month. The hype is building up for the battle between the franchises, especially for quarterbacks. One college athlete whose name stands out in the 2025 draft class is Colorado Buffaloes QB Shedeur Sanders. Deion ‘Coach Prime’ Sanders‘ son was expected to be among the top 5 draft picks (overall). His draft stock now seems to be sliding. But there is one question that needs answers. Who will draft him?

The Titans pick 1st, followed by the Browns in 2nd and the Giants in 3rd place. All three teams could do with a signal caller. The NY Giants have shown interest in the player. Shedeur also confirmed it on Dov Kleiman’s video in which he laughed when his friend teased him over whether he was going to the NFC East franchise. One friend even said, “Please man, (you can) go anywhere but not NFC East man.” The QB laughed along.

The development came after the ESPN NFL analyst Tim Hasselbeck criticized the player. He even compared him to former Bengals QB Andy Dalton and said, “Look, he just is not as physically talented as you would like to see. I mean, it sounds crazy considering he’s Deion Sanders’ son. But, that’s just the case. My comp on Shedeur Sanders has kind of been in that like Andy Dalton range.

On the one hand, the Giants have already handed contracts to Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson this offseason. On the other, analysts are questioning Shedeur Sanders’ arm strength and ‘attitude’ following his bold statements at the Combine. Could this be another Prime Time drama in the making? Regardless of where he ends up, the only way to win is perhaps by letting his arm do the talking.

Stay tuned. There’s more to this story.
