The times just became harder for the Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes. He was a favorite to complete the 3-peat. But in the Super Bowl LIX, exactly opposite happened. Not only did he lose the game, but the dominant way in which the Eagles ravaged them, it was a petty sight to watch. Now, something more personal loss has come. No one thought it would come at such time.

Patrick Mahomes once famously remarked he would leave the game if it interfered with his family time.
The owners, Clark Hunt and his wife, Tavis Hunt, also understand this. They even appreciate it. Tavis also posted a lengthy message, trying to share the tough time with him, and wrote, “I’m so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you during this difficult time. I pray that you feel God’s comforting presence, and that He will bring you peace and strength in the days ahead. May His love surround you, and may you find comfort in the cherished memories you hold close.”

In August last year, just before the season was about to start, his father Pat Mahomes pleaded guilty to a DWI charge. But he was fortunate as the court only handed him a 5-year probation with 1 year of intense supervision. Just when that case settled, his wife got in trouble.
She supported Donald Trump, which miffed many people. They came attacking her on social media, forcing her to put out blunt replies. In the week 9 game against the Buccaneers, his mother openly supported Trump, wearing a MAGA cap. But the Chiefs QB always remained neutral. But this loss hits hard.
For some time, Patrick Mahomes was happy as his 3rd child, Golden Raye Mahome, was born in January this year. But his grandfather was battling ill health for some time. Since December, Randi Mahomes often shared updates about his ill health with fans.
