Terry Bradshaw has been the face of Fox NFL Sunday for nearly three decades now. He’s been there since the idea of the show became a reality. From post-game debates to cracking jokes, dropping Southern wisdom, and accidentally roasting his co-hosts, Terry is the soul of Fox NFL Sunday. But time is ticking, and you know even the legends have to call it quits eventually. Well, don’t reach for the tissues yet because he’s not leaving as of now, but he will in the next three or four years.
After announcing his retirement plans before the Super Bowl, Bradshaw is already prepping for life after retirement. And the Steelers legend teases his next career move in his latest IG story. Because when you’re Terry, you don’t retire – you just add more to the resume. So while we soak up every last second of his Fox glory days, Terry’s working on other plans. And it probably involves butter, bacon, and a whole lot of stories.
That’s right, Bradshaw is bringing you his personal family cookbook. Now, you can get access to the four-time Super Bowl champion’s recipes. Terry shared a story on his IG on Monday, originally posted by Chef Noah Hester. In the story, you can spot the Amazon website showcasing Terry Bradshaw’s “The Bradshaw Family Cookbook.” Chef Noah Hester shared the post, writing, “Pre-order the new Bradshaw family cookbook. Available this summer,” while tagging Amazon Prime and the Steelers legend himself.
Ever since he retired from football in 1984, Bradshaw has explored so many different careers. From acting in movies to recording gospel and country-western albums. The 76-year-old was a voice artist for the 2005 animated film Robots as well. Bradshaw’s had his TV shows and radio shows. And now, he’s adding a little more flavor to his resume, this time with some barbecue recipes.
So, how long will Terry stick around at FOX now that he is getting ready for other career endeavors?

Well, Bradshaw is not planning to continue with broadcasting for too long now. The Hooper actor confirmed before this year’s Super Bowl that he is planning to work on one more Super Bowl as a broadcaster before saying goodbye to his FOX career. And FOX will be broadcasting the Super Bowl again in 2029. So, would Super Bowl LXIII be the Steelers legend’s 15th and final as a broadcaster? Terry has been on the mic for 14 Super Bowls so far, which, if you think about it, is quite an impossible achievement.
Earlier in February, during a media appearance, the Steelers legend shared, “I told my wife before I even left the room awhile ago, I was sitting there and I said, ‘I’ve got two years left at FOX. I’m 76.’ OK, so it’s a young man’s game. I get that… so I said, if we can get to the next Super Bowl, I’ll be 80. I think that’s time.“

So, Bradshaw appears to be planning to work till he’s 80. Woah, that’s mind-boggling. Notably, between now and then, Terry’s contract with the channel will also expire. So, it also depends on whether the network decides to re-sign the legend or not. But we’re pretty certain if his broadcasting career ends, it won’t be due to the lack of an offer on the table.
So, while Terry’s Fox NFL Sunday era may be nearing its final scene, something tells us his show is far from over. With his cookbook on the horizon, and who knows what other surprises he’s got cooking, Bradshaw has plenty of tricks left up his sleeve.
