Tyreek Hill has responded with humor after Noah Lyles took a playful jab at the Miami Dolphins receiver. Following his victory in the 60-meter final at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix, Lyles held up a piece of paper with the message, “Tyreek Could Never.”
Hill, known for his quick wit, replied on X, “Get a load of this guy .”

The back-and-forth began in August when Hill claimed he could beat Lyles in a 100-meter race, despite Lyles being a gold medalist. Hill’s comments riled up the Olympic sprinter, who later called the NFL star “chasing clout” during an appearance on the “Nightcap” podcast.
Their rivalry continued with Lyles hinting that a race might be in the works. Lyles, a 100-meter Olympic champion, would likely have the edge in a 60-meter sprint, having posted a personal best of 6.43 seconds.
Whether this playful banter leads to an actual race remains to be seen, but the speed battle between Hill and Lyles is definitely heating up.
Stay tuned for more.
