US Senator Shocked by Billionaire Michael Jordan’s Brand Products 6 Years After Major Snub

Keep the Air Jordans away from Bernie Sanders. If they came in proximity, it would be right not to tell him the details that AJs are famous for, mostly the price! While the politician and activist has a very clear opinion when it comes to the Michael Jordan vs. LeBron James GOAT debate, talking about AJs, Sanders did a double take! His hilarious reaction to one of the Nike sneakers and its price is gaining traction on social media.

In a clip shared by Complex Sneakers, Sanders was seen surrounded by some young enthusiasts excited to show him their collection. And one of those successfully caught his attention. He eagerly looked at the shoes, the Nike Air Jordan 4 SB. These recently released sneakers are some of the coolest pairs, featuring striking navy accents. He seemingly liked them.

But that was until the price was revealed. $225! Sanders got jaw-dropped! As soon as he recovered from the shock, he simply walked away. And well, netizens are finding this hilarious.

This takes us back to nearly 6 years ago when the senator named James over Jordan in the GOAT debate. While many struggle to make a decision, Sanders chose James for one reason. “I think LeBron has been willing to do what a lot of athletes are not and get involved in the political process, put money into education, and I respect that,” Sanders told Kyle Kulinski on Secular Talk.

Now, getting back to Air Jordans’ eye-watering prices, this isn’t the first time for Sanders.

Bernie Sanders shocked to hear the Jordan’s $4,500 price

Back in an interview with Showtime hosts Desus and Mero, Sanders was shown different sneakers and asked to guess their prices. Considering his reaction to the Air Jordan SB Navy, it’s safe to assume how that went!

He was shown the Off-White x Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High “Chicago” and asked to guess the resale value. After some thought, he said it would be $250. He even called it a “nice” sneaker. But to his shock, it was actually $4,500!

He guessed the Travis Scott Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High would sell for $100 but was amazed to hear that the resale value was $1,500. He estimated the Air Yeezy 2 Red Octobers to be $1,000, but they actually turned out to be $11,000. OMG!

Even with Sanders trying his best to guess the right values, this became a series of shocks for him. No matter how high he guessed, it was always something higher!

Let’s hear it from you – think Jordans are overpriced or their value for money is just on the right level?
